Scope: Greater China, Hong Kong, Korea
Responsibilities:
- Build up and organize the marketing team.
- Establish a decentralized marketing organization with one local marketing person per city
- Cover the local marketing spectrum, including:
- Liaison with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Build up a Key Opinion Consumer (KOC) community.
- Organize events in the city.
- Engage with customers in-store to understand customer profiles.
- Produce local content for social media.
- Manage HQ communications as marketing and communication decisions are also made with the Creativity Direction team based in Europe.
- Work with a PR Agency in Korea and leverage Korean assets for the China market.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of marketing experience.
- Open to candidates from various backgrounds, including local competitors or different industries.
- Mindset to manage a team across different territories.
- Experience with community-driven marketing strategies.
- Soft Skills:
- High Energy: Possess passion and confidence to launch a new brand.
- Entrepreneurial: Ability to work within a budget of 500k Euro for the first year and generate impactful ideas with a high ROI.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
