About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Sales Manager dedicated strictly to our core Hard Goods division. In this role, you will manage key regional distributors and targeted sales channels.
The primary objective of this role is to elevate our distributor relationships from traditional wholesale operations into highly refined, data-driven partnerships. You will be instrumental in shifting the business focus toward end-consumer sell-through performance, ensuring our hard goods maintain a dominant and highly active presence in the market.
Responsibilities
Key Account & Regional Management
Manage and develop major regional distributors and key accounts within designated territories.
Establish refined, high-standard management processes for specialized channels to maximize brand presence and sales efficiency.
Sell-Through Strategy & Execution
Shift the operational focus from traditional wholesale "sell-in" to a strategic "sell-through" model.
Closely monitor retail performance, consumer demand, and inventory levels to guide distributors in optimizing their sales to end consumers.
Channel Activation & Events
Plan and support localized product activations, trial events, and promotional activities directly at partner courts and venues.
Collaborate with distributors to ensure these on-site events effectively drive brand engagement and hard goods sales.
Detailed Account Optimization
Provide analytical support and strategic guidance to key accounts, helping them improve their operational efficiency and product turnover rates.
Build strong, consultative relationships with partners, ensuring they align with the brand's premium positioning and long-term growth objectives.

Qualifications
Key Requirements
Extensive sales or wholesale management experience strictly within the Hard Goods / Equipment sector.
Proven track record of managing large regional distributors, key accounts, and specialized sports channels.
Strong business acumen with a demonstrated capability to drive "sell-through" performance and optimize distributor sell-out rates.
Preferred Background
Deep industry knowledge of racquet sports or winter sports equipment.
Experience in planning and executing localized marketing activations or product trials at sports venues.
Exceptional analytical skills for refined account management, with the ability to transition traditional distributors into modern, efficiency-focused retail partners.
