about the job.
- Ensure personal and product sales targets, as well as expected telephone call rates, are achieved consistently.
- Generate new qualified leads in Salesforce and ensure new business targets are met.
- Develop and grow the existing client base and spend, ensuring all new business is followed up and turned into repeat business.
- Manage clients before, during, and after the show to maintain relationships and ensure the quality of exhibitors is kept at the highest achievable level.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of the exhibition during build-up, event open times, and breakdown.
- Communicate with marketing to ensure clients benefit from additional opportunities and liaise with production regarding floor plans.
- Maintain the in-house client database and update the Salesforce system daily with contacts, leads, and feedback.
- Collaborate with credit control to ensure all contracts are fully paid prior to the event.
- Be present at all events you work on, including those that may overlap into weekends.
