Qualifications：

1. Graduated from an engineering school ideally with a bachelor’sdegree.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience of supplier quality management  within automotive context. 
3. Focused on results with strong ability to communicate.
4. Strong practice of VDA6.3 certifications.
5. Strong practice of Quality Problems Solving Tools (8D, 5W, PDCA, ISHIKAWA...) 
6. Leadership.
7. Ability to work on a matrix organization.
8. Responsiveness and problem resolutions skills in case of crisis.
9. Fluently English both in oral and written.
10. Requires frequent travel 

Responsibilities：

1. Supplier performance monitoring ,reporting, improvement
2. Responsible for material quality issue ,track supplier activities in wise system. Analyze supplier quality data to guide supplier improve strategy 
3. Ensure that the problems solving tools (8D – 5W – ISHIKAWA – PDCA...) are well applied by suppliers. 
4. Lead regular or specific supplier audits, such as annual audit with VDA6.3,flying audit …
5. Well familiar with the product :plastic parts, metal part, casting part, standard parts, rubber parts….
6. Crate incoming inspection criteria and WI ,provide relevant training to IQC
7. Escalate CSL1 and CSL2 base on the supplier performance 
8. Support internal team for other material related issue, such as capacity improvement, customer complaint.
9. Ensure that suppliers don’t delay deliveries due to quality issues.
10. Applies and coordinate supplier change request and verify for mass production parts. 
11. Support internal and external quality initiatives about sub supplier management (such as customer audit, internal audit….)
12. Organize containment actions (sorting, quality wall...) 
13. Initiate and validate corrective and preventive actions with the suppliers for immediate containment actions 
14. Help suppliers to improve their quality performance by training and implementing related quality tools
15. Ensure that  lesson learnt is taken into account  by suppliers and escalate recurrent claims 
16. Organize regular reviews with the SQE/ASQ network to share good practices and lessons learnt. 
17. Supplier year evaluation,  selection of  the best and lower supplier, launch SIPP to lower supplier
18. Work with purchasing and other function team on supplier rating for get better supplier management
19. Other tasks assigned by direct manager. 
20. Have the responsibility and obligation to protect company information and property. Any violation behavior of company's safety management regulations must be stopped as soon as it is found, and notice supervisor and EHS manager immediately.
