Main Responsibilities:
1.Manage new project/products development with APQP planning methodology, follow project schedules on time and cost within budget ; Obtain desired deliverables in different project stage and handed over correctly
2. Manager engineering change and release ECO internally and handed over correctly

3. Carry out process validation under validation protocols under product manufacturability & process feasibility into validation reporting; Put together open issues and make reaction plans by trouble-shooting
4. Optimize current production process with continuous improvements projects, such as by Improving production efficiency through problem solving and optimisation
5. Capable to design product and Jigs drawing, Product specifications, PFMEA making, Flow Chart , working instructions and train operators, functional testing.
6. Assisting other tasks that will be assigned by project manager or engineer manager
Requirement：
1. College degree or above with professional mechanical or science and engineering related background.
2. 5 years minimum project development and management in automotive field; Strong technical knowledge is ideal
3. Be familiar with automotive projects development flows
4. Proficient in Five tools of Automotive projects
5. Fluent in written English, good oral English is preferred.
6. Excellent communication skills and coordination skills on all levels, willing to take challenge
7. Willing to take challenge, obedient, responsible, reliable, careful and proactive with honest
8. Excellent Solid Works & AutoCAD skills, minimum 1 years
9. Proficient with Microsoft office software; PPT, WORD, EXCEL, etc
10 Experiences of multiple process validation such as ultrasonic welding, over moulding, etc
