Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with target customers within specific industries like automotive, aerospace, marine, hydrogen energy, or medical.
Formulate and execute effective business development plans to achieve company sales targets and market share growth in designated application fields.
Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide expert input for product and market strategies.
Willingness to undertake and adapt to long-term business travel to ensure effective coverage of key accounts and potential markets.

Associate's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
