公司介绍：公司为一家国内大型民企，主要产品为精密注塑，用在汽车、消费电子等行业。岗位职责：1、生产过程控制，主导实施精益工具和方法，如：5S与目视化管理、标准作业、快速换模（SMED）、单元化生产、看板拉动系统等。重点优化注塑机的生产效率（OEE），通过SMED减少换模时间，通过TPM理念减少设备停机。 质量与成本控制：· 运用精益工具（如防错、自働化）减少生产过程中的质量变异和废品率。· 主导或参与质量问题根本原因分析（如使用8D、5Why方法），并推动长效纠正措施的落实。· 推动成本节约项目，重点关注物料损耗（水口料、废品）、能耗（注塑机、辅机）和人工效率的提升。项目管理与跨部门协作：· 领导跨职能的持续改进项目，协调生产、质量、设备、工艺和物流等部门资源。· 跟踪项目进展，确保项目按时、按质完成，并达成预期收益。· 将成功的改善案例进行标准化、横展，在全车间乃至全公司范围内推广2、设施设备操作及管理，能对注塑设备及相关周边辅机、工装夹具的点检与反馈的确认，并提前做预防，以减少故障率，延长其使用寿命。3
