Responsibilities:

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above with technical discipline.
2. At least 5 years' experience of managing a factory with over than 300 employees.
3. Demonstrated leadership and managerial abilities.
4. Good facilitating & organizing skills.
5. Proactive and able to manage ambiguity effectively.
6. Can work under pressure.
7. Proficient in Chinese and English.
