About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our telesales team. You will be responsible for hitting sales targets, empowering our team, and optimizing our sales processes to ensure we deliver exceptional results and customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead the team to exceed sales goals across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, direct calls, and abandoned cart recovery.
- Use data to analyze performance, spot opportunities, and implement winning sales strategies.
- Coach and develop team members through one-on-one mentorship and group training sessions on omnichannel sales techniques.
- Efficiently manage and distribute resources to maximize team productivity and sales coverage.
- Ensure every customer interaction is high-quality, handling objections and closing sales effectively.
- Regularly report on team performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with the Operations team to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
- Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activity to keep our sales tactics sharp.
What You'll Need
- A minimum of 8 years of sales management experience, with a strong background in telesales within the mobile industry。
- Direct experience in the Hong Kong mobile market is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- A proactive mindset with a track record of success in new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
