- Developing and implementing integrated marketing plans, encompassing digital marketing, social media, PR, events, and retail marketing initiatives tailored to the Shanghai and broader Chinese market.
- Leading the creation of compelling, locally relevant marketing campaigns and content that resonate with the target audience and enhance brand perception.
- Managing the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on all marketing activities.
- Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating closely with global and regional marketing teams, as well as local sales, product, and operations teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful product launches.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key media, influencers, agencies, and other partners.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in marketing management, preferably within the consumer goods, luxury, lifestyle, or juvenile products industry in China.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that have delivered measurable results in brand growth and market share.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese consumer, digital ecosystem (including key social media platforms like WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, Douyin, etc.), and e-commerce landscape.
- Demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of the marketing mix, including digital, social, PR, content creation, and event management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong budget management and financial acumen.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience working in a multinational company and adapting global strategies for local execution is highly desirable.
