2. Responsible for formulating project plans with project managers of each company in FRED. Clarifying FAYATEC China's objectives, milestones, resource allocation and cost control to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. Assist and participate in the review of key project progress, resolve technical issues and risks in a timely manner.
负责与FRED各公司的项目经理制定项目计划,明确FAYATEC China的目标、进度节点、资源分配和成本控制,确保按时、高质量交付。协助并参与项目关键节点的评审工作,及时解决项目中的技术问题和风险。
3. Responsible for maintaining close collaboration and efficient coordination with R&D teams and related departments across all FRED business units, while providing technical support.
负责与FRED各公司研发团队及关联的部门进行密切对接、高效合作,并提供技术支持。
4. Resource planning, annual budgeting and monthly cost tracking based on the project requirements of each FRED company.
依据各FRED 公司的项目需求做好资源规划、年度预算和月度费用跟踪。
5. Closely monitor and actively engage with China's electrification regulations, while staying abreast of cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions within and across industries.
紧密跟踪并积极参与中国关于电动化的法规,关注行业内或跨行业前沿技术和新方案的发展趋势。
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering or other related fields.
本科及以上学历,电气工程、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业。
2. 8 or more years of experience in R&D and project management in an international company, and 3 or more years of experience in team management.
8年及以上国际化公司的产品研发及项目管理经验,3年及以上团队管理经验。
3. Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills.优秀的沟通、协调及团队管理能力。
4. Agile thinking, strong sense of responsibility, fluent in English.思维敏捷,责任心强,英语流利。
