- Oversee daily technical support operations to meet business targets, standards, and compliance , including accountability for allocated management budgets and forecasts.
- Direct, lead, and monitor the Technical Sales Engineering team, reviewing performance and refining technical marketing strategies as required.
- Serve as the internal communication coordinator between the business unit and technical functions, offering technical advice to cross-functional groups.
- Provide advanced technical expertise to the sales organization by analyzing customer needs and proposing viable solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, covering design, cost estimation, precise calculations, reviews, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with sales on product promotion and demonstration , attend customer meetings, and manage post-sales implementation and training.
skills and experience required.
- Degree in an engineering, materials, or product discipline, or 10+ years of relevant experience proving equivalent qualification.
- Educational concentration in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or Mechatronics is necessary.
- Requires 5-10 years of experience in R&D or the technical field within a global company, including 2-3 years in a people management position.
- Must demonstrate expert proficiency in technical product acumen, financial calculation capabilities, performance management, and English language skills.
- Proven expertise in leadership, team building, service mindset, networking, and detail orientation.
- Willingness to travel at a level between 30% and 60% , acting in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct.
