- A personal VM Portfolio should be submitted with the application, demonstrating exceptional styling, spatial layout, and execution capabilities.
- Strong adaptability to work within a matrix reporting structure (Direct report to South Region Sales Head; dotted-line to HQ VM Head).
- Business Empowerment: Drive regional sales by aligning VM strategies with the South Region's specific business trends, climate, and product mix; balance commercial needs with budget constraints through localized VM initiatives.
- Team Building & Training: Drive the establishment of the regional "Instore VM" matrix and conduct regular training to elevate frontline staff's styling and daily maintenance standards.
- Communication & Execution: Build strong connections with store teams and influence regional staff to strictly execute VM plans without relying on a direct reporting line.
- Guideline Development & Styling: Deliver trendsetting fashion layouts and outstanding outfit styling; independently develop localized seasonal VM guidelines for the South Region.
- 5+ years of Visual Merchandising experience within renowned fashion, trend, top-tier sports, or designer brands.
- Proven track record in Regional VM management or managing multiple stores within a specific region is highly preferred.
- Aesthetic & Styling: Exceptional fashion taste, trend sensitivity, and advanced clothing styling capabilities.
- Communication & Influence: Outstanding cross-functional and matrix-communication skills with high emotional intelligence to drive results through indirect management.
- Business Acumen: Ability to analyze retail data and translate visual presentation into actual sales performance.
- Deep understanding of the retail ecosystem and consumer behavior in the South China market.
